Ingredients: 1 pound grnd beef or possibly turkey; 1 pt. tomatoes & juice; 2 stalks celery, minced; 1 sm. onion, minced; 1 sm. green pepper, minced; 2 beef bouillon cubes in 2 c. water; 1 teaspoon salt; 1/4 teaspoon black pepper; 1/2 pkg. frzn spinach, liquid removed; 1 can tomato sauce; 1/2 c. barbecue sauce; 1 to 1 1/2 c. pasta

Ingredients

1 pound grnd beef or possibly turkey
1 pt. tomatoes & juice
2 stalks celery, minced
1 sm. onion, minced
1 sm. green pepper, minced
2 beef bouillon cubes in 2 c. water
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 pkg. frzn spinach, liquid removed
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1 to 1 1/2 c. pasta

Directions

Brown grnd beef or possibly turkey. In large pot put tomatoes, juice, celery, onion, bell pepper, bouillon cubes, salt, pepper, spinach, tomato sauce and barbecue sauce. Add in more water if needed. Simmer 30 min. Boil pasta and add in to soup mix during the last 5 - 10 min of cooking time.
