Tomato, Chard Gratin, goats, sheep and mountains Recipe

Directions

Total time: 40 minutes Ingredients: 8oz (240gr) chard, chopped 2 large shallots, sliced 2 tsp butter 2 eggs 1/2 cup Greek yogurt 2 tbs Dijon-style yogurt 1 tsp paprika 4 – 5 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced 1/3 cup shredded cheese 1 tsp olive oil Instructions: Fry shallots in butter until tender and starting to brown. In medium bowl beat eggs well. Add yogurt, mustard, paprika.  Mix well. Add chard, shallots and mix well. Lightly oil a baking dish. Spoon chard/shallots in and pat down. Arrange tomato slices on top in a single layer. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 400F (200C) for 30 minutes. Remove and serve directly from baking dish.
