Toll House Mini Morsel Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. Nestle Toll House semi-sweet
  •     chocolate morsels - (6 ounce)
  • 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 lrg Large eggs
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar - (packed)
  • 1/4 c. powdered sugar for sprinkling
  • 2 c. strawberries for topping

Directions

  1. Combine flour, morsels, baking pwdr and salt in large bowl. Combine lowfat milk, Large eggs, vegetable oil and brown sugar in medium bowl; add in to flour mix. Stir just till moistened; batter may be lumpy.
  2. Heat griddle or possibly skillet over medium heat; brush lightly with vegetable oil. Pour 1/4 c. of batter onto warm griddle; cook till bubbles begin to burst. Turn and cook about 1 minute longer or possibly till golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
  3. Sprinkle with powdered sugar; top with strawberries.
  4. This recipe yields 18 pancakes.
  5. Description: "Homemade pancakes with chocolate chips. What a treat for Sunday brunch or possibly anytime!"
  6. Yield: 18 pancakes
