- Tomato Sauce: 1 tbsp
- Red Chilli Sauce: 1 tsp
- Oil: 2 tbsp
- Cornflour: 1 tsp
- Water: 3 tbsp
- MARINATION
- Kashmiri Chilli Powder: 1/2 tsp
- Soy Sauce: 1 tsp
- Cornflour: 2 tbsp
- Salt: 1/2 to 1 tsp
- I made this whole curry in 2 tbsp oil, shallow frying in less oil is healthier than deep frying
