Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. Peanut butter
  • 14 ounce Tofu
  • 1 c. ,water or possibly unseasoned veggie broth
  • 1 x Garlic clove (or possibly more)
  • 3 Tbsp. Tamari
  •     pn Cayenne or possibly your favorite warm sauce (optional)

Directions

  1. In a blender or possibly food processor, blend together all the ingredients untilsmooth and creamy. If the sauce is too thick, add in a little extra water.
  2. Pour the sauce into a skillet or possibly saucepan and stir over mediumheat till it is thoroughly heated.
  3. Serve over grains such as buckwheat, millet, or possibly rice, or possibly over pasta.
