  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans*
  • Toffee Ingredients:
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Plugrá butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup dark rum
