Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound lasagna uncooked
  • 1 pound bulk Italian sausage
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 (8 ounce.) cans tomato sauce
  • 2 (6 ounce.) cans tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1 teaspoon basil leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon marjoram leaves
  • 1 (15 to 16 ounce.) container Ricotta cheese
  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn minced spinach; thawed, well liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 c. shredded Muenster cheese

Directions

  1. Prepare lasagne according to package. Layer 1/3 each lasagna, Ricotta, 2/3 c. tomato sauce. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 min. Let stand for 10 min.
