  1. Beat egg and add in to lowfat milk and pour over the crumbs. Cream shortening, peanut butter and sugar. Sift the flour, salt, baking pwdr and soda together. Combine all ingredients and drop by tsp. on a buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.
