Ingredients
- 8 ounce. lasagna noodles (12), cooked
- 3 c. cooked chicken
- 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese (sm. curd)
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 c. grated American cheese
Directions
- Slowly saute/fry the first 4 sauce ingredients for 1/2 hour to 45 min. Then add in cream of mushroom soup, cooking sherry and lowfat milk.
- After all ingredients are prepared, layer in greased casserole dish, using half of each ingredients in the following order: noodles, chicken, cottage cheese, American cheese, Parmesan cheese and sauce. Repeat, using remaining half of ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Serves 6.
