Summer is here and it is the perfect time to enjoy a Singapore Sling.  This was my first cocktail on my trip to Thailand.  I tried this drink at the Supatra River House in Bangkok and it was refreshing after a long day in the sun.  Try one at home! 3 ounces pineapple juice 1 1/2 ounces Beefeater 24 gin 1/4 ounce fresh lime juice 1/2 ounce Cherry Brandy 1/4 ounce Cointreau Dash of Angostura bitters Wedge of lime and a maraschino cherry Shake liquids with ice.  Serve in a high-ball glass with ice and garnish with a lime wedge and cherry.   Photo by Lauren DeSantis Facebook Twitter Google+ Pinterest StumbleUpon LinkedIn
