Ingredients

  • 1 c. Crushed raspberries
  • 1 c. Peeled, finely minced peaches
  • 3 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 x Pouch liquid fruit pectin

Directions

  1. Measure prepared fruits into a large bowl. Add in sugar to fruit and mix well. Let tand for 10 min. Stir in lemon juice and liquid fruit pectin.
  2. Continue to stir for 3 min till most of the sugar is dissolved. Pour into clean jars or possibly plastic containers. cover with tight lids and let stand at room temperature till set (may take 24 hrs) Store in freezer, or possibly for 3 weeks in refrigerator.
  3. Makes 4-1/2 c..
