Ingredients
- 2 large eggs, separated
- 2 1/2 c. oat flour or possibly 2 c. sifted flour
- 1 T sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 T baking pwdr
Directions
- Beat egg yolks. Sift together flour, sugar, and salt. Add in flour mix and lowfat milk alternately to egg yolks. Stir in butter. Beat egg whites till stiff; fold into batter. Add in baking pwdr last. This batter will keep in refrigerator. If it gets too thick, thin with lowfat milk. Drop onto well greased frying pan or possibly griddle, heated well.
