Ingredients

  • Thanksgiving Stuffing - Pots and Pins
  • 1/2 lb. bulk sausage
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup Craisins
  • 2 tablespoons, plus 1/2 cup butter, separated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 boxes (6 oz.) Turkey flavored Stove Top Stuffing Mix
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth, optional (If not using broth increase water to 3 cups)
  • 1 1/2 cups water
