Ingredients

  • 1/3 clove garlic, chopped fine
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 1 pound lean pork, sliced
  • 1 big onion, sliced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 green pepper, minced
  • 2 c. rice
  • 4 c. water
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoon sugar

Directions

  1. Saute/fry garlic in oil. Add in sliced pork; cook till brown. Add in onion, tomato, and green pepper; fry slightly. Cook rice in water; add in to fried mix. Add in Large eggs and fry. Continue stirring till Large eggs are cooked. Add in soy sauce, salt, sugar, and pepper. Yields 6-8 servings.
