Thai Coconut Iced Tea Recipe

Ingredients

  • First, brew 2 tea bags (I used Oolong) in 2 cups of boiling water. (I like to steep mine for about 5 minutes)
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 tea bags (I used oolong tea, but use whatever tea you like)
  • 2 TBS granulated sugar (or sweetener of your choice)
  • 1 cup full fat canned coconut milk
  • lemon wedges and fresh mint, for garnish, if desired
