Ingredients
- 2 c. minced cooked roast beef
- 2 lg. raw potatoes, diced
- 2 c. finely minced onion
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 c. beef stock
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Combine roast beef, potatoes, onion, garlic, stock, salt and pepper in a large heavy skillet. Simmer over medium heat till potatoes are tender and all liquid is absorbed. Serves 4.
