Ingredients
- 12 ounce. corkscrew pasta
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. Italian dressing
- 1 (4 ounce.) can minced green chilies, liquid removed
- 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 teaspoon grnd cumin
- 1 (16 ounce.) can red kidney beans, liquid removed
- 1 lg. tomato, minced
- 1 sm. green pepper, minced
- 1 (8 ounce.) can corn, liquid removed
- 1 1/2 c. minced celery
- 2 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
Directions
- Cook pasta as package directs, drain and rinse with cool water till completely cold. In large salad bowl, blend mayonnaise, Italian dressing, chilies, chili pwdr and cumin. Toss with pasta and remaining ingredients. Cover and chill. Garnish with additional parsley. Serves 6.
