Ingredients

  • 1 lb Grnd beef
  •     Or possibly grnd turkey
  • 1 x Bell pepper, minced
  • 1 x Onion, minced
  • 1/2 c. Mushroom, sliced
  • 1 can Tomato paste
  • 1/2 c. Water
  • 1 can Whole kernel corn --
  •     Undrained
  •     Salt, pepper, seasonings --
  •     As desired
  • 1 pkt Macaroni and cheese
  •     Or possibly Velveeta and Shells

Directions

  1. In large skillet, brown the grnd beef or possibly turkey with the minced pepper, onion and mushrooms. Stir in the tomato paste and water and corn. Cook the macaroni and cheese according to package directions, adding lowfat milk and margarine if required. Add in the macaroni and cheese to the beef mix.
  2. Mix well and serve.
