Ingredients

  • 1 lrg onion, minced
  • 1 x clove garlic, crushed
  •     sufficient extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 lb shrimp, thawed, deveined, halved
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  •     to taste: teriyaki sauce

Directions

  1. Heat frying pan over medium heat and add in sufficient oil to cover bottom; swirl around sides. Saute/fry onion and garlic till golden brown, add in rice and shrimp. Saute/fry for about 5 min or possibly till shrimp is pink and done.
  2. Makes 2 servings.
