Teriyaki Ginger Salmon Recipe

The marinade itself was a little spicy due to the ginger, but it cooked up beautifully. I think it's a crowd pleaser.

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients, except salmon, together in a bowl. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Pour over salmon and let marinate for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
  3. Cook with your favorite salmon cooking method until done (I wouldn't recommend a cedar plank however, the flavors might clash).
