Ever have those days where the last thing you want to do is stand in the kitchen and cook dinner? (To be honest, I have these kinds of days all the time!) With 4 kids roaming around our house, the days go by quick and sometimes leave me with a limited time to get dinner on the table. For those nights, I need a backup to my meal plan.
