Esquire magazine featured this new take on cheese dip from Chef Brian Poe. Serve it to your Super Bowl crowd. (This was printed in our local paper on the Saturday before the Bowl.)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 1/4 c. garlic chili paste (like Sriracha)
  • 1/2 c. Frank's Red Hot sauce
  • 2 shots tequila

Directions

  1. Put evertyhing in the bowl of a stand mixer and let it run for a good 5-10 minutes until the cream cheese and all ingredients are totally combined.
