Directions

  1. In a large pot, bring 2 to 3 qts of water to a boil. Add in rice and boil, uncovered, about 10 min. Test a grain; rice should be cooked through, but not soft. Drain into colander. Run warm water through rice with a fork.
  2. Fold in oil and salt and pepper to taste.
