Ingredients

  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 Tbsp. cream
  •     pie crust uncooked

Directions

  1. Mix the brown sugar, flour, butter and cream. Pour the mix into an uncooked pie crust, covering the top with woven strips of pastry dough, if you like. Bake at 400F for about 30 min.
