Ingredients
- 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Jarred chopped garlic
- 1/2 c. Frzn minced onion
- 28 ounce Pasta-ready minced
- Â Â Tomatoes
- 15 ounce Tomato sauce
- 2 x 14oz cans
- 2 Tbsp. Minced jalapeno peppers --
- Â Â Optional
- 1/2 c. Shredded cheddar
- Â Â Fat free chicken broth
Directions
- In large dutch oven, heat oil over medium hi. Add in garlic and onion and cook for 1 minute. Add in tomatoes and sauce. Bring to a boil. Stir in broth and peppers and bring back to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 min. Just before serving, sprinkle with cheese and stir gently.
