Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. cumin seeds
- 2 tsp coriander seeds
- 2 x cm stick cinammon
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp chilli pwdr
- 1 tsp ginger pwdr
- 1 tsp turmeric pwdr
- 1 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1 tsp mace pwdr
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp red food colouring pwdr (available from indian grocers)
Directions
- Dry roast all the whole spices till they smoke.
- Cold and grind with the pwdr spices salt and food colouring in an electric grinder
