  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Fillings: red bean paste (or other fillings of your choice)
