Ingredients
- 2 slc Tofu, (bean curd)
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Sweet soy sauce
- 1 whl blended chilli
- 2 stalk minced coriander
- 2 stalk minced spring onion
Directions
- Shallow fry the bean curd with 1tsp of oil till light brown for 2 min.
- Add in blended chilli together with coriander and spring onions in a bowl.
- Stir the ingredients together and pour on top of the bean curd. Lastly, add in the sweet soy sauce.
