Directions

  1. Break Tagliatelle in half. Cook according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain well; set aside.
  2. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray, and place over medium heat till warm. Add in ham; saute/fry 5 min. Combine Tagliatelle, ham, and remaining ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Spoon mix into a shallow 2-qt casserole coated with cooking spray.
  3. Cover with aluminum foil, and refrigerate8 hrs. Bake, covered, at 350 deg for 45 min. Let stand, covered, for at least 15 min before serving.
  4. Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 1 c.).
