  1. Grill all the meats, steam the couscous for 15 minutes.
  2. Cut the zucchini, pumpkin and carrots in baton, blanch the carrot and pumpkin.
  3. Cut the onions and cabbage in large dices, blanch the cabbage.
  4. Cook the onions in butter and saffron with a little sugar and vinegar, add the raisins at the end.
  5. To order reheat the couscous, sauté all the vegetables and serve with the stock on the side.
