Ingredients
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1 pkt Taco seasoning mix
- 1 can Tomato sauce, (15 ounce.)
- 1/4 c. Minced green bell pepper, (optional)
- 3 c. Corkscrew macaroni, cooked and liquid removed
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
Directions
- Brown meat; drain. Stir in seasoning mix, tomato sauce and green pepper.
- Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Combine cooked pasta, 1/2 c. cheese and lowfat sour cream and place on bottom of baking dish. Top with meat mix and remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
