Ingredients

  • 10 ounce cavatappi cooked
  • 1 ounce oil
  • 4 ounce sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 x tomato cut in large dice
  • 4 piece red and green pepper in 1" dice
  • 1 x artichoke heart quartered
  • 1/4 c. sliced black olives
  • 1/2 tsp dry basil
  • 1 pch salt
  • 1 pch freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh garlic
  • 4 ounce TablespoonsG.I. Friday's Marinara Sauce (see recipe)
  • 2 ounce shredded mozzarella cheese
  •     Grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Saute/fry mushrooms in oil briefly, add in the rest of the ingredients (except cheese) and bring to a boil.
  2. Put warm noodles (they look like spirals) in a bowl, sprinkle with mozzarella, pour the warm sauce over and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
