Ingredients

  • 1 T-bone steak (12 to 16 ounces and 1-1/2 inch thick)Sea salt and coarsely freshly groud black pepper
  • Pepper Saute for Steak Topping
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 1 large red pepper, sliced into strips
  • 1 large yellow pepper, sliced into strips
  • 4 large garlic cloves, sliced thin
  • 1/8 c. fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 c. white wine
