Szechwan Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper - very warm; for mild taste, use a dash
  • 4 chicken breasts, skinned and cut into 1/2 inch, diced
  • 3 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, mixed
  • 3 green onions, cut on diagonal
  • Freshly cooked rice

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl. Heat oil in wok or possibly heavy large skillet over medium high heat. Add in chicken and garlic; stir fry till chicken is opaque. Add in soy mix and stir fry 30 seconds. Fold in green onions and serve immediately with rice.
