  • 1 box Duncan Hines devil's food cake mix
  • 1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 12 ounce Cold Whip
  • 3/4 c. minced nuts
  • 1/2 lg. bag mini chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Put cake mix and pudding in a bowl. Add in large eggs, lowfat milk and oil; blend well. Beat for 2 min at medium speed. Pour into 3 pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min.FILLING: Mix both sugars and cream cheese. Add in other ingredients and stir well. Spread between layers on top and sides. Chill. Cake is better if it sets a couple of days before cutting.
