1 box Duncan Hines devil's food cake mix
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
3 large eggs
1 c. Wesson oil
1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. sugar
12 ounce Cold Whip
3/4 c. minced nuts
1/2 lg. bag mini chocolate chips

Directions

Put cake mix and pudding in a bowl. Add in large eggs, lowfat milk and oil; blend well. Beat for 2 min at medium speed. Pour into 3 pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min.FILLING: Mix both sugars and cream cheese. Add in other ingredients and stir well. Spread between layers on top and sides. Chill. Cake is better if it sets a couple of days before cutting.
