- salt and pepper to taste
- Sweet & Sour Sauce
- 2 - tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 - tablespoon corn starch
- 1/2 - cup soy sauce
- 1 - 10 oz bottle sweet and sour sauce
- 1 - clove garlic, minced
- 1 - teaspoon Simply Asian sweet ginger -garlic seasoning or similar
- 1 - green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 2 - carrots, sliced thin
- 1 - small onion, cut into chunks
- 1 - 20 oz can pineapple chunks in juice, reserve juice for sauce
