Ingredients

  • 1 chipotle pepper in adobo, chopped (1-2 Tbsp)
  • 3 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp hot sauce (Tabasco, or your favorite)
  • 1 cup coffee syrup (I use decaf syrup)
  • For the meatballs:
  • 1-1/4 lb ground 93% fat-free turkey
  • 1/2 cup plain dry breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder (I like Penzeys BBQ 3000)
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp fresh black pepper
