• 2 Sweet Potatoes, peeled, cubed
• 1-1/2 cups vegetable stock (low sodium)
• 1 cup chopped fresh spinach (or can use frozen, drain well first)
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon sage
• 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
