  1. Put together mashed sweet potatoes, salt, butter, vanilla, large eggs and lowfat milk. Pour into 8x9x2 casserole dish.Put together by hand: brown sugar, self-rising flour, butter, nuts and coconut. Spread over potato mix. Bake at 350 degrees till topping is brown (30 min).
