AMAZING dish for Thanksgiving -or just fall. Not your boring sweet potato casserole -not too sweet, and not too plain.

Ingredients

  • 2 large cans yams diced
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 sticks margarine, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Topping:
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup margarine
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (chef's choice -walnuts work great)
  • 1/3 cup flour

Directions

  1. Mix first set of ingredients with mixer and pour into baking dish. Crumble topping and place on top. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
