Sweet Pea Ravioli with Lemon-Butter-Wine Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 T. butter
  • 1 c. onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c. white wine (I used Sauvignon Blanc.)
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen sweet peas
  • I think I filled these with about 1/2 T. of filling. (Cool ravioli maker, right?)
  • 4 T. butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c. white wine (Again, I used a Sauvignon Blanc.)
  • 1 T. fresh parsley, chopped
