Sweet Louisana Style Beignets Recipe

Ingredients

4 Large eggs 1 c. lowfat milk 1 c. sugar 1 Tbsp. salt

1 c. flour 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Directions

1. Mix Large eggs, lowfat milk, sugar and vegetable oil in a bowl.
2. On a piece of wax or possibly parchment paper, sift together salt, flour and baking pwdr; add in to egg mix.
3. Mix with a wooden spoon into a dough. Turn out onto a lightly floured, clean work surface; roll out and cut into strips.
4. Place into deep warm oil at 360
