Ingredients: 2 c. fresh strawberries hulled, sliced; 1/3 c. strawberry preserves; 1/3 c. ketchup; 2 Tbsp. soy sauce regular type; 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice; (fresh only, don't use bottled); 1 x garlic clove chopped; 1 tsp minced fresh ginger; 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper; 1/2 tsp freshly-grated lemon zest; 1 x scallion with up to 1" of green top chopped; 2 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro

Place all ingredients in a food processor or possibly blender and puree till smooth.
This sauce works well on foul, fish, pork, and beef.
