Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon olive oil, plus more for drizzling on pizza
- 1 large sweet onion, sliced thin
- 1/4 cup Saucy Mama Sweet Heat Marinade, plus more if needed
- 1 pound prepared pizza dough*
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella or blended cheese
- sea salt and freshly ground pepper
