  • 2 Sweet Chicken Sausages, casings removed
  • 6 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
  • ½ cups shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 16 slices of bread (I used my beer bread)
