These wings are better than hot wings and more fun to eat!!
Ingredients
- 16 ounces soy sauce
- Half a cup of water
- 1 Teaspoon minced garlic">garlic or garlic">garlic powder
- 1 pound of dark brown sugar
- 3 pounds of fresh chicken wings seperated
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a 4 quart or larger stove pan until simmering.
- Place wings tips removed and cut at the joints in the liquid and cook until tender
- Place wins on a greased cookie sheet,or use spray
- Dust with garlic powder
- Heat in 375 oven until browned
- turn all wings and dust again with garlic powder
- heat until brown
- Remove wings and let rest about ten minutes and serve with lots of napkins or lick your fingers
