- 1 (3.4-ounce) bag microwave butter=flavored popcorn
- 2 cups pecan halves
- 2 cups pretzel sticks
- 1-1/2 cups salted mixed nuts
- 2 egg whites, beaten until stiff
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
Directions
- Directions:
- 1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil with nonstick cooking spray.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine popcorn, pecans, pretzels, and mixed nuts.
- 3. In a small bowl, combine beaten egg whites, curry powder, sugar, garlic, salt, onion powder, and soy sauce. Add to popcorn mixture, tossing gently to coat. (I used my hands)
- 4. Spread mixture evenly onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through baking. Let cool completely before serving.
