Sweet Spicy Brisket Sliders are great for any meal ,but these are fantastic for a Sunday Football game ,easy to eat and so so good ,serve with my Zucchini Slaw ,and crispy hot Potato Pancakes ,for Desert ,mini pies in Mason Jars ,and delicious Banana Butter finger cake ...Touchdown

Ingredients

  • 1-5 lb point cut beef brisket
  • salt pepper
  • 2tbls cayenne
  • 5 cps chopped sweet onions
  • 2 cps chopped yellow onions 2 cps sliced garlic cloves
  • 1 cp diced carrot
  • 2-12 ounce bottles of beer
  • 1/2 cp liquid smoke
  • 1 cp beef stock
  • Barbecue Sauce
  • 3cps brown sugar
  • 1 cp molasses
  • 1 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup worcestershire
  • 8 tbs chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp cayenne
  • 30 Hawaiian rolls

Directions

  1. heat oven to 325 degrees ..season meat with salt and pepper and cayenne
  2. in large saute pan heat oil
  3. when very hot sear meat on both sides transfer to a dutch oven or large roasting pan
  4. In the same pan saute all veggies till tender about 3 minutes
  5. transfer and put veggies around the meat add beer ,liquid smoke and stock
  6. cook until very tender about 4 hours
  7. add more stock if needed ..remove when cooked let cool shred meat and put into a large bowl add hot barbecue sauce and mix with meat
  8. serve on rolls and add pickles on the side as garnish
  9. Barbecue Sauce
  10. Add all ingredients in a sause pan bring to a slow boil stir ,turn down heat and simmer for 15 minutes ...Enjoy
