• 1 1/2 c. Pecan halves
• 1 c. Unblanched almonds
• 1 c. Hazelnuts
• 1 c. Walnut halves
•     (or possibly any combination to equal 4.5 c. of nuts)
• 1 x Egg white
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. Water
• 2/3 c. Sugar
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
• 1 tsp Grnd coriander
• 1 tsp Grnd ginger
• 3/4 tsp Allspice
