Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale, thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch red chard, thinly sliced
  • About 1 1/2 cups matchstick carrots (I buy the organic bagged kind)
  • 1 bunch flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed and diced
  • 1 teaspoon plus a little more, sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • Toppings:
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Bean sprouts
  • Brocolli sprouts
